The Food Vacuum Sealer with Standard Mouth Sealer Converter Kit is designed for both wide mouth and regular mouth Mason jars (jars not included). Simply center the electric vacuum sealer on the jar lid, press firmly, and press the button to start the vacuum pump for 40 seconds or more, removing air and creating a tight seal. Press the button again to close the sealer.

This electric Mason jar vacuum sealer comes with two sizes of mouth seals for your convenience. To use the standard mouth seal, insert the red arrow on the standard mouth seal converter, align it with the unlock symbol on the main unit, and insert it inside the silicone ring in the wide mouth seal area. Tighten it clockwise until the arrow aligns with the lock symbol, indicating successful installation.

Please note: To ensure a proper seal, avoid overfilling the Mason jars with liquid and ensure the lids are dry. Too much liquid can prevent proper sealing by causing minimal difference in air pressure inside and outside the jar.
